Justice Atharmanullah's dialogue with PTI lawyers on the appeal of suspension of Tosha Khana decision

Important remarks of the Supreme Court in the case of suspension of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's Toshakhana decision and level playing field case. According to the details, the Tosha Khana decision suspension and level playing field case took place in the Supreme Court where Tehreek-e-Insaf lawyers appeared before the Supreme Court. Lawyer Latif Khosa said that two petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court. He has requested for the suspension of the decision against Khan, he has also filed a petition for contempt of court in the matter of level playing field.

On this occasion, Chief Justice Sardar Tariq Masood remarked that 'both get information about the applications from the office', continuing his point, lawyer Latif Khosa said that 'the file was taken from my staff in the premises of the Supreme Court. taken and threatened'.

On which the Acting Chief Justice remarked that 'this matter will be looked at on the administrative side, there is no constitutional issue to be raised in the court', lawyer Latif Khosa said that this is a denial of access to justice. During the hearing, Supreme Court judge Justice Athar Minullah remarked that "there are very serious allegations in your application", while responding to this, lawyer Latif Khosa said that "if the case had been filed on time, there would have been such an emergency today." It wouldn't have happened'.

It should be noted that founder chairman PTI Imran Khan once again approached the Supreme Court to suspend the decision of the trial court in the Tosha Khana case. In the petition, it was requested to annul the decision of the Islamabad High Court and said that the sentence in the Toshakhana case has already been suspended, the High Court has not only suspended the entire sentence.

In the petition, Imran Khan says that the Election Commission took advantage of the error in the High Court's decision and issued the notification of Imran Khan's disqualification when the elections are near and the founder PTI is the former prime minister of the country, the largest party in the country. A party leader cannot be kept out of the elections, so the Supreme Court should suspend the judgment based on the conviction in the Toshakhana case so that he can participate in the elections.
